I am very fortunate to have worked during a period in Microsoft's growth when breaking free from first party platform constraints and proliferating the Office experience was paramount for the success of the business and fulfilling the needs of our users. There were immense organizational and engineering challenges at play. The mobile design team was able to lead by example, defining the experience framework, and driving clarity and efficiency into the process for which the broader team got sh*t done.

PRODUCT GUIDES

Being a champion for the various mobile ecosystems I helped inform teams of the best use of native controlling. Defining terminology, the application of color and brand elements in combination with establishing a common command architecture and use of chrome would serve as the Rosetta stone for achieving harmony across products and platforms.
