What first started out as one teams side project, quickly turned into a cross platform offering. Office lens was simple and easy to use and came equipped with app sharing which bumped its value add to a whole 'nother level. Available for Windows Phone, Android and iOS.
The viewer would identify the content surface, convert the perspective and optimize the image readability. The ability to add caption text and crop the image is also available.

The concept originated as a OneNote immersive app feature. Using the Camera action, the Photo Capture experience (or OneMagic as it was lovingly named) would provide custom commanding in the native windows camera app, allowing the user to take as many photos as they needed and convert them to cleaner, more readable content to be used in the OneNote canvas.
